One guardian account represents one family. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide about your family.
Enrolments & payment
An enrolment becomes active once payment for it is confirmed. Refunds and cancellations are handled case by case; contact us if something does not look right.
Tutors
Tutors teaching on MiraEducate have gone through our vetting process and are expected to conduct themselves professionally in every class.

Mira is a support tool, not a substitute for a tutor's judgement or a learner's own work. Mira is built not to complete graded assessments or assignments on a learner's behalf.
